Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. In such cases, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

ELISIR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages that are returned, refused, or marked as undeliverable due to customer error.
