Shipping & Delivery Time

Below are the available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for orders placed on ELISIR within the United States.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Express Shipping (USA) 1–2 Business Days Calculated at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Processing

  • All orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders within the United States.

Hawaii & Alaska

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska using standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary due to distance and carrier availability.

Puerto Rico

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are delivered via standard shipping. Estimated delivery times may vary slightly.

PO Box Addresses

For shipments to U.S. PO Boxes, we use USPS First Class or Priority Mail when applicable.

APO / FPO / DPO Military Addresses

We offer standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Please note that delivery to military addresses may take up to 3 weeks due to military handling procedures.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to ship your order to a parcel forwarding or mail forwarding service, ELISIR will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or defects once the package has been delivered to the forwarding address.

Orders shipped to forwarding services are placed at the customer’s own risk. Replacements or refunds will not be issued for packages reported as lost or damaged after delivery to a forwarding company.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order.
If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Business Days & Holidays

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

Orders are not shipped on weekends or the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (July 4th)

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veterans Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

Tracking Orders

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

    • Carrier information

    • Tracking number

    • A direct link to track your shipment

To track your order, simply click the tracking number provided in the email.
