Refund Policy

RETURNS

To initiate a return, you must first contact us through our contact page or by email at contact@elisir.us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened

  • Original cellophane intact

  • Original labels attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from any damage or signs of use

Once the return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item). In such cases, ELISIR will cover the return shipping costs.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your RMA request has been approved.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Products without original cellophane

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible product (after approval) and place a new order separately.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Shipping costs are non-refundable for packages that are undelivered, returned, or unclaimed, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within approximately 2 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If your return is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reason.
